This B+B is great if you want to explore lovely quiet beaches as well as St Ives. Its about a twenty minute walk from the main town but you can take the coastal road which is very pretty. I went in the middle of August and Carbis Bay beach was still quiet and very safe for kids (although it is down quite a steep hill). The guest house itself was very clean and nicely decorated and the breakfasts were substantial. I dont really have any criticisms, it's not a five star luxury hotel but it made for a very pleasant break. If I was to visit the area again I would definately consider going back. It also has off street parking which can be useful as parking is a premium in high season.
