Rivendell is most accommodating and friendly. They are willing to be helpful. We had the feeling of a home-like atmosphere. This place comes highly recommended. We certainly will stay there again when we return to England.

I had stayed a few times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. My time at Rivendell was relaxing, comfortable and a great get away. Angela and Barrie were my perfect hosts, making me feel very welcome. They went the 'extra mile' by helping me find what I was searching for.

Stayed for a night and the welcome was very friendly, offered pot of tea on arrival which was most welcome. Lovely couple, Angela and Barrie provided first class attention with information on things to see and places to eat. A nice walk down into St Ives and close to the town. Breakfast was very good.
