called in here for lunch with my disabled wife. We sat in the conservatory which was very comfortable with a great view out over the bay. the menu is varied with something for everyone and it does not disappoint. the food was excellent, and well presented. The staff were efficient and friendly making it a great experience.

Visited the rising sun for lunch on Saturday 27 April. Food was delicous. We all had different. One of us had the one of the vegetarian options. Which she said was heavenly. They have some different veggie options to the normal run of the mill stuff. Will definitely visit again. Lovely village, lovely pub fab views.

This is a well located pub type restaurant in the Centre of St Mawes, with some sea views sand plenty of outdoor seating in a Sunni and sheltered spot. The menu is indifferent pub fare at prices which reflect its location. Dogs allowed. Wine by the glass quite poor. No comment on accommodation since we only had lunch here.
