This pub was always so good, we always went there during a visit to Cornwall. But this year from the moment we entered we knew it must of changed ownership - the place was dead. My meal was awful the worst I can remember having. Do not go there !!!! more

After e-mailing and giving payment details by telephone, we arrived after a long journey to be told they had no record of our booking for three nights B&B and evening dinner. This place is brilliant! A lovely, family run b&b with clean, well maintained rooms and extremely friendly staff. Our room on the 3rd floor had the most amazing views to the sea and with only a few cars going by, the only noise you could hear most of the time was bird song. The food was also brilliant. Clean, reasonably sized room. Very comfy bed. Good view down the valley. Tiny bar, very cosy, great fun when the local musicians play on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
