Stayed five nights for a business course. The property seems to specialise in this trade - particularly related to the aviation industry. Stayed for three nights and found the hotel to be clean, the staff to be friendly and there were some upmarket features for an "Express" - air conditioning in each room (although very noisy), and wifi (BT, Cloud etc).
