Room smelt. Further examination revealed vomit on carpet. Room changed for a "superior" one, (what, single beds not a double) some apology but no discount given despite request. Yuk! Hotel OK otherwise, but felt this shocking lapse was treated in a very cavalier fashion.

My wife and I went there for her work Christmas dinner. The staff were polite and efficient but everything was let down by the incredibly terrible quality of the food.
