Stayed twice for 1 night on business. Above average travelodge, easy to find, room clean, good size, bed comfortable, staff helpful. Harry ramsdens with bar on site, But shut at 2200hrs. So i got a bit bored in the evening as hotel is rather isolated. But do get a discount, standard £70 is rather overpriced. more

If you can get a discounted rate (ours was £25 for a room) this is good value. It is basic but clean and adequate. Although breakfast is not included, there is a Marks and Spencer's services next door so bringing back hot coffee and croissants to your room is easy and very tasty! more

Paid £70 for room only. The room itself, although clean, needed a complete overhaul. Old bed, institutional bathroom. TV non-functional. Breakfast (not included) in dank restaurant attached to motel provided bare minimum choice for £7.50. Overall, not impressed - typical 1960's "take it or leave it" service area experience. We stayed here en-route to Cornwall for a night. As with all Travel Lodges, the accomodation was basic but everything that you required - i.e. car park, bed, TV, bathroom.
