The Trees Hotel????? You've got to be 'Out of your tree' to stay here! The wash basin didn't even have a plug and I couldn't wait to leave. Passed on the opportunity to try breakfast - went to Sainsbury's instead. more

I had a family room as I had my 2 year old with me, this consisted of 2 single beds & a sink mmmmm not what I expect for a family room. The room was shabby, dirty the place smelt of stale smoke, I had to clean & sanitise the room myself. There were no handles on the chest of... more

Excellent hotel if all you're looking for is a cheap bed. At £40 a room it's slightly above Youth Hostel prices - and recommended if you want a step up from a private room at a hostel as breakfast (inc.) was fab. Proper English fry-up. I wouldn't send my Granny here though, rooms and (separate) bathroom is shabby. more
