We had three nights here in December. A spotlessly clean house, beautiful en suite, a good breakfast and a lovely lady owner for whom nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the CLEMATIS room on the top floor and it was soooo quiet! We will certainly stay here again on our next visit. Everything is very near for shopping... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at Woodbine Guesthouse. The room was modern and spacious with a digital tv affixed to the wall, ample tea and coffee making facilities and a very clean bathroom. The breakfasts were fantastic. Cereals, a bowl of fresh fruit (which included raspberries, mango and pineapple on alternate mornings) and yoghurt were always provided. You then... More

I stayed at the Woodbine for two weeks in June 2010 and I had a wonderful stay I had en suite room overlooking the park that was bright, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the landlady who was so friendly. The B&B is located in a very quiet street, at walking distance from the railway station and... More

We really enjoyed our stay there. We had a wonderful en suite room viewing a park. It was quite, clean and neat. the landlady was ever so friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. We even could use the car park belonging to the guesthouse. We strongly recommend this good-value accomodation! More

We have stayed at Woodbine for a week and absolutely loved it. The B&B is situated in a very quiet part of the town, at easy walking distance to 2 railway stations and the city center. Ideal for us, because we travelled by train. On arrival we were welcomed by Kiran, the owner, and we given the Honeysuckle room, which... More

As a regular business traveller to Exeter, I have stayed in most of the b&bs near the city centre. Now I only stay at the Woodbine, unless of course it is full (which it can be). It is always spotless, excellent value, and ideally located. Yes, Kiran likes it if you select your breakfast the night before, but she is... More

We stayed for three nights at this B&B and we were a little disappointed. The room was really small for two people and the ensuite didn't have room to turn around in! Breakfast was early (which can be a good thing, but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday getting up at 7am for breakfast each day isn't ideal!)... More

As far as we were concerned, this B&B was perfect. It's an easy walk from the city centre and very close to all kinds of restaurants and pubs. It's about fifteen minutes' walk from St David's Railway Station, and maybe four minutes' walk from Exeter Central Station. It's very clean and quiet and well organised, with practical closets and a... More

Brilliant little guesthouse, my room and bathroom were very clean and tidy, with a kettle and tv. Cooked breakfast was excellent. More

I have stayed at the Woodbine on about 10 occasions whilst completing a course. Each time my room has been faultlessly clean and I have enjoyed a nice breakfast prepared by the owner of the B&B. She has made my stay comfortable each time and she has delivered a friendly service which has met my needs. The rooms have their... More
