Bay view was totally refurbished in 2006, and the dated wall paper refered to, is in fact modern contempory in style. This guest was told before booking with us about our location on top of a hill, with steps and narrow pathway to Lynmouth, and was told that it may have not been suitable for him. Breakfast orders are taken...
