Seaview Villa is a real treasure, tucked away quietly in a perfect location in the centre of Lynmouth and providing a real luxury guest house experience throughout. We recently had a night at this bed and breakfast and it was very special. The owner steve that we met is just so obliging and he and his partner a running a very special type of accommodation.
