Service is second to none with the hosts making your stay a very inviting experience. Nothing is too much trouble , and the ample selection of locally sourced produce makes breakfast time not worth a lie in. Two guys on walking holiday on SW coastal path. Needed room on Saturday and was recommended by fully booked first choice. This B&B was excellent for us. We had one of the two family rooms. Price good, breakfast excellent, rooms smart clean and spacious. Local pub also good. more

I stayed at Southview for 2 nights whilst on business in the North devon/Cornwall area and it was the best place I stayed during my 2 week trip! The hosts were really friendly and helpful, giving advise on places to eat in the evenings. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated and fabulous big breakfast in the mornings!! more
