Everything about this Bread & Breakfast is superb - from the moment we were warmly greeted by Jacqueline to the time we had to sadly leave. The location is wonderful - Victorial Lodge itself is a lovely home and quite simply it felt like we'd stepped back in time. Our room was perfect - complete with four poster bed. Spotlessly... More

Stayed at the Victoria Lodge for my husbands 70th birthday. Booked 3 rooms for the family for 2nights. All the bedrooms were spotless & beautifully decorated. We were met by Jackie with a very warm welcome & tea & cake. She told us all about the area, places to visit & restaurants in the area where we had our evening... More

We stayed at the Victoria Lodge in August for our wedding anniversary, having been to Lynton 26 years ago for our honeymoon. The area is stunningly beautiful, with the valley of rocks just a short stroll from the hotel. We would not have asked for a better place. The decor is very in keeping with the property and pristinely clean.... More

Just returned from a brilliant three day stay at Victoria Lodge. Jacqueline and her team are the most friendly bunch we have encountered, the breakfasts were amazing, the rooms comfortable and beautifully furnished (sherry and chocolates included!), and nothing was too much trouble. Jacqueline went out of her way to be helpful, booked us a table in a local restaurant... More

We arrived to a warm and friendly welcome. Jacqueline greeted us with refreshments and a wealth of knowledge about attractions and information on restaurants in the local area. The room (Helena) was immaculate and the general ambiance of the guest house was very stylish and relaxing. The attention to detail, evoking an atmosphere of the late Victorian era, was extremely... Loved this B & B, great first impression and loved the fact that the owner, Jacqueline, greeted us personally and made us a cup of tea which was much needed after a long drive! She was very helpful and told us a bit about the village and gave us some restaurant suggestions. Our room was lovely and wine glasses were... More

Just returned from a short stay at Victoria Lodge with my daughter and cannot recommend it highly enough. Jacqueline greeted us on arrival with a welcome pot of tea and chcolate biscuits! Plenty of information available on where to go in the area be it walks or places to eat. The breakfast menu is amazing, such a variety for all... More

What an amazing bed and breakfast. Our room was absolutely stunning. Extremely cosy and decorated with so much attention to detail. The breakfast was out of this world...the only complaint I have is that I now have to lose some weight! So much choice and all cooked to perfection. Really made to feel at home. Would recommend Victoria Lodge to... More

My partner choose Lynton for a romantic break for us both and he could not have picked a more beautiful hotel or setting. We had the Victoria room, which was tastefully decorated, (as was the whole house) and extremely comfortable, the four poster...fab.
