I`m sorry you did`nt enjoy your stay at The North Cliff Hotel,as you pointed out we do acccept dogs, however some of our guests may have allergies so we only use certain rooms for guests staying with dogs, for this reason also we don`t allow dogs into the lounge. This was my second visit to the North Cliff, and it will most certainly not be my last. Freindly staff, spotlessly clean, well appointed, amazing value and the best views I have ever seen from a hotel. more
Pleasant hotel, clean friendly and comfortable with great views. Breakfast Okay - sausages very poor quality though which is a bit of a shame - must be many local farmers who could provide tasty bangers! Recommend the 'Oak Room' restaurant in Lynton. I stayed at the north cliff hotel in December for peace, quiet and great walking. When I arrive the receptionist Kate was really friendly and welcoming. She explained all the great spots to go walking and all the places to go out in Lynton and Lynmouth Unfortuately the hotel restaurant was closed. But hey what can you expect fot this... more
We booked a 3 night stay over the telephone after reviewing the hotels website. Upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was very dingy.
