highly recommended, very clean and tidy, lovely friendly helpful staff, huge breakfast! one of the cheapest b & b,s without any compromise to standards. I came by motorcycle and Dave allowed me the use of the back yard to park overnight. will definitely come again.

Paula and Dave are consummate hosts and I look forward to going back. Comfy beds, good shower, strong wifi and of course by far the best breakfast in Plymouth (and no doubt the south west!). Dave will even move your parked car to dodge zealous traffic wardens!

Stayed in Squires recently on a Saturday night as we were watching a show. We received a warm welcome, given some information about the local area (we asked before settling in) and then shown to our room. The room was lovely and clean, nice and bright and lots of tea, hot chocolate and coffee and even some biscuits to go... More

On arrival one can only say how warm and welcoming Dave and Paula made you feel. A very friendly feel to the place and very clean tidy and very very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were also amazing. Will definately stay here again,

My second time staying with Paula and Dave and another great experience. Both times I've been in Plymouth for an overnight stay connected with work. This is a lovely B&B with delightful hosts. They greet you like old friends and really make you feel at home - Paula even went to the effort of finding me a couple of safety... More

The hosts were lovely and very attentive, room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the shower was lovely and hot with good water pressure. The hotel is ideally situated for access to the theatre, the Hoe and The Barbican, the street and hotel was lovely and quite at night and roadside parking was easy to find.... More

Paula and Dave are consummate hosts making ones stay special. Nothing is too much trouble and the desire to go that little extra to please is refreshing. I would suggest my full English was the best I've had on both mornings! Rooms clean and comfortable with good Internet access. Overall, great value.

I spent 2 nights here whilst visiting my daughter who is at the Uni. Was a little apprehensive about staying somewhere on my own but Paula & Dave made me feel so welcome. My room was quiet, clean & lacked for nothing. Location close to the Hoe meant sea views just a minute away. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely return!

We spent 2 nights in Plymouth visiting our son who is at University in the city. Due to the distance we live from Plymouth we werre due to arrive quite late on the Friday evening but Paula and Dave had no problem at all with the time of our arrival (Unlike other hoteliers we contacted initially). As has been previously... More
