Nothing to much trouble made to feel so welcome. Room spotless plenty of towels and toiletries. Tea making facilities and biscuits were great although Andy brought us tea and biscuits on arrival and on returning from days out a really nice gesture. Lovely breakfast plenty of everything. Nicely located very near the train station, about 20 mins walk to the hoe and 10 mins from the city centre. I asked for a single bed room, turned up and was given a 2 bed room at no extra cost!
