This is a gem. The staff are super efficient and friendly; the bedrooms are large, modern and very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent - great choice, quickly served and well cooked. Accommodation was fine. Our room is about to be refurbished (October 2008) but we had no complaints about the standard. Linen was crisp and clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. Spent three nights in August 2008. Small room, and small bathroom, but entirely adequate. Great location -- close to the Hoe and close to the Theatre Royal, which was my reason for going to Plymouth.
