The place is worn out. The various hallways and stairways were dirty, and unkept, the doors scratched and battered and even the door locks were clearly worn out. rooms were beautifully decorated, beds comfortable with really nice bedding. tea and coffee in the room an absolute plus with good size mugs and yummy biscuits. view from room was fantastic, staff were helpful and pleasant. breakfast was included and was a good hearty meal well cooked. i will definitely stay again on my next visit to the uk. more
