Stayed for one night, lovely room with cracking view of Plymouth lit up at night. Huge comfortable bed, very friendly, really excellent breakfast! If we had to make one negative comment it would be that the shower lacked the necessary vigour! That said we were on the top floor - maybe it's better lower down! Good sized rooms which are kept clean plenty of tea,coffee etc. Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you including extra breakfast. Well above averagr small hotel in Plymouth..well a posh B and B really but none the worse for that. so don't go expecting meals other than breakfast or bars or leisure facilities but if you want character rooms, great english breakfast and a homely and handily placed base in Plymouth then look no further. more
