This was a very pleasant experience, we arrived tired and wet to a warm welcome in a family run hotel with offroad parking and only ten minutes walk from the city centre. This hotel is horrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for but the cushions in the room smelled of greasy hair and the room was downright manky. We had a family room. The room was good, a bit old fashioned, but this suited the older building. The room was clean and so was the ensuite bathroom, could have done with more towels, no doubt we could have been given more if we asked, but we had our own with us anyway. arrived at 11-30 in morning after 6 hour journey to find room double booked. our booking agent made them find somewhere else for us which was far superrior than the st ritas. which on first impresions was cold and dirty but we never got to see the room. we also heard someone else was double booked in the same weekend... more
