Advertises as 'catering for the over 55's' for which read' minimum of everything in customer care, food, comfort and facilities'. On arrival unsmiling reception, little initial assistance with luggage, one tiny lift to move 150+ ppl and luggage equalled chaos. Our room,ensuite -bathroom basin and wc clean.
