We were welcomed by the lovely Liza who made us feel at home in her lovely hotel. Our room was laid out perfectly and had double glazed windows, so was quiet too. An all round great experience.

Real value for money, large room , clean, just off the sea front with fantastic views over the bay.
The proprietor is great fun , welcoming and really cares about her business, A breath of fresh Air.
Dont waste your money on one of the chains get a real welcome from Torquays finest.

Close to the railway station but didn't hear a train. About 20 mins walk from the Strand ( town Centre). The hotel is very clean and the breakfast more than adequate in a beautifully decorated dining area. Plenty of parking space. Ideally placed - just off the main route along the beach. Far enough away from the town to offer a bit fo privacy but close enough to walk.
