We have just returned from Brooklands and had a fantastic time. Paul and Jayne (the owners) were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice on where to go and the best pubs and restaurants to visit. Breakfast was cooked to order and the whole place was very clean. Would definitely go again. more

We liked Brooklands as it is in a lovely spot a short walk from the town and the sea, the sun seems to shine brighter here! We have stayed at quite a few guesthouses in Torquay, The Brookland is by far the best. Lovely hosts, Lovely room & lovely breakfast. Excellent little touches for Christmas, Mulled wine. Mince pies etc. We will be back. more

me and my mum have been coming to Brooklands for three years and we havent been disappointed with anything, we intend to come for many years. the service that is provided is excellent and Jayne and Paul give such a warm welcome!!
