Stayed a couple of nights here on the way to Cornwall.

We had room 7 on top floor - a premier sea front balcony room.

The room is huge with an enormous bathroom and a balcony with stunning views over the Babbacombe downs and the sea. Very quiet at night even though there are hotels and restaurants along the road. The room had everything you could need and more.

Breakfast has a very good choice - you just tick what you want on the sheet and hand in the previous evening - simple!

There is parking for 4 cars at the front but you have to park 2 abreast one in front of the other because of the limited space. Didn't cause us a problem though as we did not use the car. Everything is in walking distance or if not there is always a bus!

This is a highly recommended b&b - 5 star hotel quality at a very affordable price and much more friendly than a big hotel - they only have 5 rooms. Would like to spend longer next time. more
