I know Torquay is the home of Basil Fawlty but please, do the people who run these hotels never visit themselves. From the moment I arrived things were Fawltyesque. We paid £99 for one nights stay with a 3 course meal a bottle of wine and breakfast and it was well worth it. The food was lovely the room was very classic with a fantastic ocean view and the location to Torquay city centre is 5 minutes walk. would definitley stay here again.

Excellent sea view room. Dinner and breakfast was first class. Leisure facilities are very good, with a lovely warm swimming pool. Staff and service were excellent. Hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the harbour, shops and pubs etc.
