I booked this hotel for one night for my family, three doubles and one single disabled access room. A simple enough request you might think, but no, the 'disabled access' room was a regular twin room on the first floor, with a bathroom so small that it was impossible for my wheelchair-bound grandmother to get into the bathroom to use the toilet, let alone the bath or wash basin. But mistakes are made in hotel bookings every day of the week, these things happen, you just expect them to be sorted out and dealt with fairly....no, not in the case of the Anchorage, after waiting from 2o'clock until 6o'clock for the manager to come into the hotel, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and he could do nothing.
