I had never been to torquay, and booked this hotel on internet. Great hotel, staff very friendly! Had a great room, with lovely views! It was lovely relaxing in the lounge area by the bar, with my friend. Could not fault the food, which was lovely! Stayed with some friends for a weekend getaway. Good value from the Best Western website. Friendly staff (especially Terry Cornish), good food (especially Breakfast) and great location. Our room on the top floor was a bit cold but to be fair we didn't mention it to reception so there may have been a remedy. All in all would definitely recommend. more

I have just returned from a very pleasant weekend at the Gleneagles Hotel and must admit we were treated very well by all the staff there. My husband and I had a delightful long weekend at Gleneagles, a stylish modern Hotel, with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful & friendly and the food was superb! In fact I will be returning with the rest of the Family for my Mothers 60th Birthday! more
