This is my second trip to the hotel spread over 3 years and found although dated the hotel and staff are friendly and the cleanliness is good,the pool although not exactly huge, is good for small children and the back gardens are well maintained and a nice place to sit in the afternoon,looking forward to coming back next year more

Picked this hotel last minute and wished we hadn't the the manageress was rude, entertainment rubbish, hotel shabby and food cheap and boring. The hotels website was VERY misleading and the hotel is on a main road, about a 20 minute walk from the front. There are hundreds of hotels in Torquay why did we choose this one? more
