On biking holiday, my friend and I stopped at the Iona hotel, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, full English breakfast was excellent, no fat well presented. This hotel is run by an excellent couple whom go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Also price is great, would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at the Iona, the owners are delightful. We stayed for three weeks.The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I opted for the premier room with the balcony and the room was bright. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice, freshly cooked. The location is very good.

We stayed for one week and were fortunate to have good weather. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a good size car park. The menu was excellent - as was all the food!!. The owners are polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Chip, the resident Jack Russell was always around to welcome visitors.
