Did not like the room. Very un-superior in our view. Our booking said 1st floor, we were on the 2nd. en-suite bathroom and sep. shower cubicle, we just had a shower room, No opening window. Stayed one night at the Downs. The room was small but adequate. Had a balcony and the sea view was fantastic.(try and book a room on the front). We were met by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to our room and explained the facilities.
