Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast and an optional evening meal available. The full english breakfast was wonderful and freshly cooked. Bed was comfortable and the immediate area was quiet. Tina and Arthur know the area well and can recommend places worth visiting and suitable for all tastes. Will return.

Had a fantastic time. Good location for Torquay town, the beach, Paignton and Newton Abbott The room was ideal and we were really looked after- Really helpfull. Breakfast was more than enough with a very good choice. Would stay again.
