We only booked in because we couldn't get in at previous places but what a great surprise we had. Clean, tidy, welcoming, good food, excellent rooms - it's the by far the best b & b we have stayed in. The next time we want to stay in Southbourne we will definitely try to stay again with Mike and Sue.

We enjoyed a really pleasant stay at the Sunhaven Guest House. It is run by a friendly couple who were attentive from the moment we arrived, til the moment we left. Breakfast was ample and very nice indeed, And, with a Cumberland sausage !
Our room was the triple which has a balcony with a sea view -down the end...

Lovely room, light and very clean and plesant. Nicely decorated.

Confortable and charming B&B, with all necessary features in the rooms. Quite short breakfast time slot, making it very busy at those times. Good English breakfast, limited beyond this. Good for little toddlers. Friendly service.
