Of my 5 Bournemouth hotels this summer, definitely the worst. Shabby rooms, surly service and over priced. Most strange, room service deposits dirty linen in the hallway for days at a time. Best avoided. more

Have just spent a weekend at the Bourne Hall, what wonderful staff, so helpful and pleasant, it is so refreshing to receive proper customer service. rooms very clean, breakfast really good, although not for the figure! Great location, all in all a good weekend, will definately return. more
