This hotel is a good location. Public areas quite pleasant. Very disappointing room. Cold and drab. Bedding and furniture old and tatty. No heating in rooms till 7pm. Breakfast was also cold. Desperately in need of an overhaul. Staff were very pleasant. Pauline
