On arrival we were greeted courtesly and friendly by the reception staff. Overall grubby hotel - broken panels in the lift, overpowering musty smell on the third floor and the worst accommodation I've ever experienced in a "4 Star" hotel. We are sick of paying top prices and receiving poor standards, We arrived at the hotel early wanting to catch the air show.
