food great, and staff very friendly, but hotel in need of updating, a curtain or frosted glass in bathroom would have been nice and a level bath too. didn't like the fact that owners dogs allowed on furniture and a guest brought their dog into dining room. more
hotel was very friendly. staff very caring. the food was the best i ever had. staff could not do more to help. best hotel i have ever been to will be back. to sum it up excellent family run hotel could not ask for more. more

we loved it at the cecil court hotel, we have been at least 17 times in the last year, it is a lovely there, the hotel is family run and very welcoming. i would say it was the best hotel in bournemouth. anna more
