I loved my time in this hotel! It's got a cosy home atmosphere, and the owner, Karl is welcoming and helpful. Clean and tidy rooms, generous and delicious breakfast (I even found detox tea), free wi-fi, a tiny pond with goldfish in the backyard. Really nice place :) I would recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed 1 night stay at Strand during Easter 2013. Clean cozy room with en suite, big comfy bed, tv with big choice of channels. This place is perfect for a nights stay if going to O2 academy as it is five minute walk away. The room was so clean and so was the bathroom. The gentleman who runs it was really polite and helpful. Also great value for money

Very clean , friendly And very helpful they couldn't do enough for us. The perfect place to stay . Breakfast was amazing . Felt like home from home . Bed very comfy had a good sleep. Will definitely be staying there again.
