Stopped for 2 nights found hotel in good location close to gardens,shops and beach. Reception/bar/leisure centre very nice but room we stayed in in desperate need of a renovation.very dated bathroom and decor feet marks on the wallpaper, the TV should be in a museum, kettle lid broken and needed descaling, lighting poor, noisy neighbours kept us awake til 3am... more

The hotel is in a great location,the staff were really friendly and the public areas were nice.The rooms are very shabby and in desperate need refurbishing , but were clean.Floor boards drove me mad , as they so squeeky. Good location. Our bedroom had creaking floorborads in noicey position awakened by hoovering every morning bar was above us at 7am. Bathroom was dirty and old fittings.Some parts of hotel renovated unsure if some bedrooms have been our bedroom definetly required updating. more

My friend and I have stayed in numerous hotels in Bournemouth, and this was by far the best for value, location and friendliness. The staff were approachable and very helpful. This hotel ticked all of our boxes: Pool, Bar, Beach and Budget! We're gonna go back! more

My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely stay at this hotel over Easter.
