Room was clean and pratical but not very homely. Was not asked about journey, purpose of visit etc,, or offered any information. Stayed at the Brooklands for one night with friends whilst attending the Aussie Floyd gig at the BIC and enjoying a spot of golf the following day. Rooms small but bright and comfortable. We found this hotel on foot - Really enjoyed our stay. Room small and the decor a bit dated, but very clean, lovely sheets and towels, nice view and quiet in this very central location. The cooked breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble, the fresh mushrooms were especially nice. Very friendly, helpful staff. more

Stayed for 2 nights as we were seeing River Dance at the BIC, which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins from beach and 8 mins from town.
