After reading all the positive reports on Tripadvisor the Cransley did not disappoint! The Cransley is located very close to Bournemouth Rail Station, less than a 10 min walk. I loved the style of the house, furnishings and felt welcomed by Jonathan and Simon. We had the ground floor room number 2 which is an annex, so no-one above us... More

Just returned after having a great weekend away at The Cransley. The place is immaculate throughout, is tastefully furnished and decorated and has all the comforts of home. It is located on a tree lined avenue only about a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of the Old Christchurch Road area and about 15-20 minutes steady stroll downhill... More

Snug, cosy and friendly. Uplifting decor and wonderful microclimate garden - we were warmed through by a combination if the service, the coffee, the soft duvets and the friendliness of the hosts. Two days was all we had - but we feel as if we've been away for a week. Can't recommend it enough. Scott

We had a great stay at The Cransley. We stayed for a weekend in Setember as we were attending a wedding. Jonathon and Simon were very friendly, very informative couldn't do enough for you. I stayed at the Cransley twice in 2012. Once for two nights in September and again on business for a longer stay in December. The Cransley is immaculate. You immediately feel right at home in the beautifully and tastefully decorated house. Jonnie and Simon who own and run the Cransley cannot do enough for you. The rooms are fantastic. I... More

Welcoming, stylish and charming place, handy locations for town centre, restaurants and shops and good parking. Owners are good listeners and seem intent on providing whatever you ask for (warmer room, extra marmalade, directions to good dry cleaner). I noticed another review says low shower - mine was about 8 feet high, adjustable). They have docile pets unfazed by stream... More

I had a delightful stay at The Cransley. I stayed here for two weeks while working in Bournemouth. The hosts, Johnny and Simon were wonderfully hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully furnished and the beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. It was a fantastic few weeks and I would certainly go back.

Back from holiday, I have only great memories about my vacation at Cransley. First and last, Cranslay it's a rare beauty, distinguised, elegant a miniature jewel. The owners, Jonathan and Simon are special persons, always there to make you feel a special guest. Great room, bright and clean, everything is functional, the shower is a blessing, the bed is large... More
