I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many dozens of countries. This is the worst. Specifically; rude incompetent staff, chaotic front desk, pitiful rooms (last decorated in 1957 I think...), grubby decor, dirty bed linen, inadquate bathrooms, pitiful breakfast.
