My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary and went to the restaurant connected to the Hotel on Boscombe beach. Could not thank all the staff enough for a fabulous informal service, the cocktails are to die for and the food was excellent and our room perfect. If you want a chilled out break with a great... more

What a great place! Our stay was wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable. The place has a certain atmosphere and ambience that really works. The bar and the lounge/restaurant are a bit retro and beautifully designed. The rooms are stunning. We were in room 6, which was very nice. As per other reviews, the only downside was the noise from the 'extractor'... more

We stayed in room 6 on a 3 night stay. Bar is very nice, breakfast excellent on the weekend, but average on the monday. Burger was the best I have ever had. Staff are generally very good. On the down side, we booked flowers and champagne. The flowers were like the last ones left in the petrol station. The champagne... more

We stayed in room 9 at the Urban Beach Hotel for 2 night and had a lovely time. Room 9 is one of the smaller rooms in the hotel, but did not feel at all cramped and had a lovely bathroom, decor was really nice. As someone has previously mentioned the walls are very thin and we could hear the... more

We stayed here for 3 nights from Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th July. In many ways its a good hotel with really helpful staff. The rooms are attractively decorated, the bathroom was good and the the atmosphere is fun. We ate here one night and the food was ok but the breakfast each morning was very good. We also ate... more

We like smaller boutique style hotels and chose Urban Beach for a few days stay as a birthday treat. We took advantage of a 'special deal' they were offering and ended up in the best room, at an all in price, plus fantasic weather! and could not fault it. The style is very much 'surfing' chill chic with great outside... more

I went to the Urban beech Hotel for my wedding anniversay. I stayed in room 2 and at £150 it isn't cheap, but it was well worth it. The decor staff, food and organic policy, were all spot on and we both truely enjoyed ourselves! more

Nice place, people were friendly. We stayed in room 9 - very small for £120 per night. On our first night we were woken by our neighbours in room 10 coming home late, they weren't being particularly noisy, but the walls were so thin we could hear every word they said, and I guess they could hear us too. The... more

I've just spent three nights staying in this fantastic hotel. It is stylish, relaxed and wonderfully hip. For me, the Urban Beach Hotel offers everything you could possibly want in a boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, the food is delicious and the bar is stunning. I am continuously on the road with work, and this hotel immediately became... more

Hotel is nice as a whole, but the prices.... A lot to be desired to be very honest! Went to the new Urban Reef Restaurant (Part of the Urban Beach ownership) and I was astonished at the over priced food! Be expected to pay £12 or more for a Burger Meal, over £6 for a mini bite sized desert... Well,... more
