This hotel is well situated in Bournemouth. Good car park and attentive staff but the rooms are desperate for a refurb, old fashioned and not overly clean, dusty skirting boards, mouldy shower cubicle and the bedlinen was torn. Good breakfast but the evening meals lacked imagination with soggy vegetables. The hotel appeared to be popular with coach parties. more

The hotel is very well located for the town centre and also the beach - only a few hundred yards from the pier and promenade. We stayed here with a tour group. My room was very small and needed a good update, there was no mirror in the bedroom, the pillows were very lumpy, and T.V. reception terrible.
