The bay tree is beautiful bnb with lovely owner and excellent service. Me and my partner took our young daughter there and they couldn't be more accommodating . The room was spotless with a modern bed and en-suit . The owners made us so welcome we are returning again and wouldn't go anywhere else .

Friendly reception, Room was clean and tidy and tghe bed was very comfortable.. The single room did not have en suite, but there was a modern bathroom with walk in shower down the hallway. Excellent breakfast. About a 10 minute comfortable walk into town. I would recommend this b&b to anyone wishing to stay in the Dorchester area.

Beautifully clean rooms & tastefully furnished. Crisp linen sheets & comfortable beds. Satellite TV (that pops out of the foot of the bed) & wifi connection. Tea & coffee in all rooms & en suite facilities. Quiet location. Very helpful owner. Free parking.

Stopped here for one night on business. The room was clean and modern with a very comfy bed, tea/coffee tray and a flat screen telly rising out of the footboard of the bed. Fantastic welcome from Gareth, which included a fresh pot of tea and large serving of coffee; much appreciated after a long, tiring journey. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Nothing too much bother for Gareth, who made our stay most enjoyable.
