We enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay in Grace Gardens. The owners, Lorraine and Richard were really friendly and gave us great advice on local events and places to eat.Breakfast was lovely and our room was comfortable and very clean. We stayed in the Rose room ,and although the en-suite was small it was adequate for a short stay and towels were... Grace Gardens is a very relaxing and happy place to stay. We have just come back from yet another visit so thought I would write a note. The location is great and such a short walk from the beach and town. Richard & Lorraine make all their guests very welcome, I have visited many times with and without my children... More

We stayed in the Rose room which was very clean and comfortable, however the 'ensuite' was rather like a walk in wardrobe and offered little privacy soundwise. I did'nt personally appreciate the artificial flowers, but someone else might. Breakfast was good with a fair choice provided. What spoilt our stay was the noise level within the B&B including a loud... More

We wanted to get away for a long weekend and decided Grace Gardens sounded just what we wanted. It is ideally located close to the town centre and the steam railway. Our double room was cosy. Lorraine and Richard made us very welcome. There is a wide choice of cereals and juices and to top it all a great cooked... More

I wanted a quiet room in a small place for a last minute getaway. for one night. The room was really cosy, cottage-like, but with beautiful decor, and ultra-modern facilities - the perfect combination. I thought I would be woken by early-morning clattering from the kitchen, as the room was directly above, but it was fine. I also wasn't sure... More

We stayed here for an extended weekend and had a lovely time. The room was immaculate and every well decorated, with lots of little extras about. The location was quite nice as it was quiet but just short walk to the sea and all the restaurants and amenities of Swanage. Lorraine and her husband went well out of their way... More

We spent a wonderful 10 days with Lorraine and Richard in September. They are a lovely couple who cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. Lorraine is a wonderful cook too! My husband is disabled and cannot walk far, so the ground floor room with its large firm twin beds was ideal for us. Also a roomy... More
