Caythorpe House is a lovely place to stay, with a superb location and a very warm & friendly welcome. They even went out of their way to ensure there was a travel cot available for our baby. We would definitely recommend staying here.

New owner, Alan, makes you so welcome, superb location, good rooms, great breakfast, parking and just 100 yds from beach. Wished I had stayed more than just the one night but will be back as so loved Swanage and Caythorpe House so well located and comfortable.

Just come back from a wonderful stay at the Caythorpe. Alan was warm and friendly and made us most welcome. It is located in a very convenient location for the beach and Swanage town and was good value for money, plenty for breakfast, rooms clean and spacious.
