stayed twice recently, great quiet location, easy parking, and some sea views, lovely victorian house but suffers abit from 1960's-70's chic which frankly if you could revert these changes back to lovely old period features this place would be 5 star...
very nice hosts, nice breakfast and very quiet.
£30 pppn or so is good for the money,
dont expect boutique, its like a typical english old fashioned guest house but thats actually rather charming in this age of laminate floors and minimalism...
would stay there again as i like the location and peace.
the rooms are ok for the money but are dated and quirky.
all is very clean though.
if you want to sample an old way of holidays then stay here before they knock it down and build flats or a nursing home! more
