What a gem of a place....Not only is the location wonderful and the house rather special, Babs and Simon are most charming and welcoming hosts... The breakfasts are wonderful and the rooms (well our one anyway) was large and comfortable...We shall most certainly be returning soon

This is a beautiful house set deep in the countryside with a warm friendly welcome from the owners. My room was very comfortable, as was the huge double bed with nice linen. A good selection of DIY tea/coffee was provided, and fresh milk, but I was also offered coffee by my hosts on arrival. There is a wash basin in... More

We have been to stay at Sloley Hall several times. Set in beautiful North Norfolk countryside in stunning grounds. It is always a pleasure to stay in this elegant Georgian country house turned B&B. Simon and Babs are the perfect hosts. The large bright rooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture. Oil paintings of Simon’s ancestors line the dining room... More

We stayed here in late October 2011 with our three children and two parents for three nights. We thought this was a lovely place to stay. Our hosts were charming, but not intrusive and made us feel very welcome. The building - a small Georgian stately home - is beautiful and wonderfully maintained, and the rooms were large and very... We have stayed at Sloley 3 times and will keep returning. The hosts are so friendly and warm and the rooms are fantastic. Also very child friendly. They also have a very nice dog :)

The friendliness of the hosts compliments the grandeur of this country house with its huge grounds that have been in the family for a couple of hundred years. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and made me feel rather privileged.

We just found Sloley Hall, because a hotel we wanted to stay was booked. But what a stay. The place is beautifully renovated, in true Georgian style, a superp location to stay. The breakfast in the big hall was so "English", that we felt like in one of those films with Anthony Hopkins. Barbara was a perfekt host, and we... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sloley Hall. This beautiful georgian house is set in glorious parkland filled with mature trees-peaceful and serene and yet a short drive to roads that will take you where ever you wish to explore in North Norfolk. The owners Babs and Simon obviously love the house and are welcoming and friendly to visitors-the rooms are... More
