During our stay the hotel had booked a coach party of 33 people. The staff of two were excellent but could not cope with all the people. Hotel is really very modern, wooden floors, mirrors etc. All looks great. On arrival the manager was there to give us room key. As previous review says no we didnt have a flat screen but who cares the room was great and spotless. Bed was sooo comfy! On viewing the photos on the website we were very impressed booked three nights on arrival mid afternoon the place was empty despite being a bank holiday we were given key to room and told there was no food served on tuesday as chef needed a night off room was clean and tidy but nothing like the photos on website... more
