Stayed on a Tuesday night whilst at a football match, booking in was swift, room a tad small but very clean, bed clean and comfortable, breakfast well tasty, staff pleasant and friendly, I would definitely use again...

Stayed at Cross Street with friends for a weekend back in December- owners were very polite and friendly from the onset. Rooms were lovely and could not fault the service we received the whole weekend. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

I found this place after searching through so many more expensive places in Brighton. I thought there must be a catch but no - my room was cosy and clean and the location was great. Parking was tricky but the owners helped me find a spot. Very impressed.

Have stayed in dozens of hotels/b&b's in Hove/Brighton over the last few years and this is my favourite. Lovely, tastefully designed, quiet and clean room (No 1) on my last 2 visits (though wouldn't mind trying the room with a balcony next time) Delicious breakfast. Parking tricky but not onerous to park on the seafront. Highly recommended.

Great value for money given its location. Clean, welcoming and helpful owners, and a lovely cooked breakfast. We stayed here for two nights on the 14th/15th September and had a great stay. The room was homely and clean and even though it was a small double was fairly spacious. We didn't book a room with an ensuite but this was no problem as the bathroom was very close and was very clean and well stocked with toiletries... More
